2020-21 Panini Noir Basketball Preview
Sneakers and signatures will be on the calling card for 2020-21 Panini Noir basketball. The high end hoops product is set for return on June 4.
2020-21 Panini Noir Configuration
Noir is a one pack per box product with ten cards–seven of which are hits. Each case will hold four boxes. Panini hasn’t offered any information on the base set that is expected to adjoin the autographs and relics.
Autographs and Inserts
Rookie Patch Autographs are the big draw in most higher-end products and Noir is no different. They’ll come in both Black & White and Color versions, with on-card autographs and larger memorabilia pieces. Laundry Tag versions are also slated to be on the checklist.
Spotlight Autograph sets make their return with vertical and horizontal versions of the Spotlight Signatures subsets. Sneaker Spotlight Autographs offer an up close look at player shoes along with an on-card signature. Panini is promising new names throughout each set, including rookies, veterans and former greats.
Just as they did in 2019-20, non-autographed versions of the Sneaker Spotlight cards will also be on the checklist. Other returning inserts include Vintage Art and Feature Length, both vertically designed.
2020-21 Panini Noir Basketball is set for release on June 4, subject to change. The SRP for boxes is around $700 but in the current market, you can probably expect to see boxes arrive on the market at a higher price.
